The new test facility is almost ready built up. These new foundation allows us to test cranes up to 400tm

May 2011:

The first test of a 200tm knucklew boom crane was carried out on the new test foundation.

July 2011:

The Global Davit GmbH Quality Management System according ISO 9001:2008 was successful checked and new certified!

July 2011

Global Davit GmbH starts the extension of the new workshop hall.

The new workshop hall is 60m long and 16m wide.

The hall will be executed with gantry cranes for loads up to 100kN.

Also a further painting cabin is planned as well as a special storage for paints and fluids.

October 2011

The consruction of the new Greenpeace Ship Rainbow Warrior III is finished.

Installed onboard is one hydraulic slewing rescue boat crane and two special fast rescue boat winches with wave compensation features

November 2011

The second RORO ferry for a Norwegian owner left the building yard Remontowa for the sea trials.

The ferry is equipped with a special pivot davit system with a wave compensation winch. The4 unit is suitable to handle fast rescue boats up to 18,5kN

This new developed davit system is the small type of these davit systems in this product line.

The product line is complete with the bigger system what is able to handle FRC's with a maximum weight of 3.500kg.
